GroovyApp is a free wait list management application. This is the version for establishments. It is optimized for restaurants, but can be used in any type of establishments. Your clients now can check their position in the waitlist via smartphone. They just need to access the URL ( queue.groovy-app.com).

It has many features : records time in the wait list and being served; move the client from one queue to another; move the client up/down in the list; set the client to "on hold"; cancelled, suspended, etc.

HOW IT WORKS:
- The client provides his cell phone number to the restaurant's attendant which inserts it in the wait list in the GroovyApp.
- Client opens the URL (queue.groovy-app.com). GroovyApp can send this URL via SMS, if setup accordingly.
- When youi call a client, his smartphone blinks and a sound is played.
- After every client called, GroovyApp updates the position and estimated time to be called of all other clients
