1. Add the customers to your list. Your customer will receive password on his email address.

2. Create the Group. For Example, if You want to Take your customers to the tour at Kashmir from 1st January 2018 to 10th January 2018. You can create Tour named “Kashmir Ice Tour” with validity 1st January 2018 – 10th January 2018.

3. Then add the customers to the group.

4. Start sending SMS to the Group members when tour started. Also you can send mass chat message to the Group.

5. Customers also will be able to chat with Tour operator if they have any concerns or need any help.

Examples Are below.

If You want take 30 customers to Kashmir Trip & want that your customer to arrive at airport at 8:00 am at Mumbai airport.

You will send the message to group over SMS “ Hi Welcome to the Tour, Please be available at Mumbai Airport terminal 3 on 8:00 am on 1st January to start our beautiful Journey.”

If your tour members are scattered at Shalimar Baug at Srinagar & want your customer to gather at specified place within 30 minutes, you can send chat to group “ Hi please gather within 30 minutes to our Bus else we will be late to go to Gulmarg City”

If your customer need some service while travelling. Your customer can send chat to you. “ Hi, In the room No. 403 AC is not working. Can you please help me to change the hotel room”

So with this App you will be able to help you to provide good service to your customers.
