Using this app you will learn scales in modes the easy way! This free version features Ionian, Dorian, Phrygian, Lydian, Mixolydian, Aeolian, and Lochrian in F Major, Tabbed in easy to read 3-note-per-string scales. For each scale there is a playback feature so you know exactly how each scale is supposed to sound. Along with this there is a built in metronome. This app includes instructions on how to tune your guitar, a diagram of the guitar & its parts, and simple instructions on how to read Guitar TAB. By practicing these 3-note-per-string scales you will be well on your way to becoming a skilled player who can utilize the entire fretboard!
