The app will trigger when your device and the Wifi are both ON (or when you turn ON your screen only if you want to keep more battery life). When triggered, the best signal quality is scanned among the Wifi networks known by your device, and if another network has a better signal than the current one, then the app swap networks automatically, in the background.
A notification can be added when swapping networks. You can also cancel swap before it occurs from the notification.
This app is compatible with gX Switches to add powerfull widgets on your home screen: display a network selector with 2, 3 or 4 favorites networks allowing to swap networks manually with only one tap ; or to control Wifi settings from your home screen. gX Switches is free and ads free.
The trigger algorithm and the signal difference computing are adjustable to match your own wishes. You can also filter many networks from the known ones, in order to avoid an automatic swapping to them.
