* What is halal meat?.

Halal involves a swipe with a sharp blade across the animal's neck ,severing the windpipe,jugular vein and carotid ortery. In halal,the animal is slaughtered slowely with holy prayers from quran affered letting the blood of the animal to completely drain out.

In Arabic the word halal means permissible halal meat is meat that has been slaughtered according to Islamic laws as,laid out in the Quran.This perticular type of slaughter is called dhabiha,if it requires that an animals throat be slit swiftly with a sharp blade to ensure as little pain and sufferin as possible.while this is being done,the person with the blade says prayer to Allah or at the very least invokes the name of Allah to bless the animal and gives thanks for the food.

2. Is halal meat good for you ?
Halal meat is meat that has been slaughtered according to Islamic laws,as laid out in the Quran. Halal meat is healthier. It may be a little more expensive,but the health thing is important.
