Introducing HanGo+, the most comprehensive Korean teaching system out on Android.

Incorporating all of the user feedback given on the previous version, HanGo is the culmination of a completely revamped teaching program featuring over 400 exercises, designed to bring a user from a complete novice to an intermediate, capable of handling conversations in daily situations.

The HanGO teaching system consists of four components, each designed to build upon a basic foundation, to expand understanding and comprehension, and to challenge the user’s grasp of the Korean language:

1. Hangul Recognition: The foundation of the Korean language – this component is designed to teach the user to recognize Korean characters, and to develop basic reading skills.

2. Word Identification: A multiple-choice exercise, designed to build upon reading skills while growing the user’s vocabulary.

3. Phrase Recognition: A twin-mode exercise type designed to build practical understanding by introducing phrases seen in daily situations, as well as the basics of sentence structure and grammar.

4. Dialogue Comprehension: An advanced exercise type designed to build user confidence, by placing them directly in a conversation, and forcing them to react appropriately.

Each exercise type builds on upon the ones before it, and can be revisited or bypassed depending on the user’s comfort level with the language. A checkbox system tracks user progress following exercise completion.
