About HCMIS Barcode Reader Android App
The HCMIS GS1 Barcode Reader app scans the GTINs of pharmaceutical products during transactions to extract information about the product including the batch number, expiry date and serial number. The captured data along with geolocation data and other metadata enables our partners develop a more robust supply chain for health care products.
This application is intended to work with the Health Commodity Management System Application and requires a pass phrase to start. For best performance we recommend phones with at least 4.8 inch screens and 8MP cameras.
