The Store Manager or her Staff can see which of their customers have signed up for the Health Insurance and whether their application is completed or not.
Staff can also check the full details of the Health Insurance Plan and share those details as a simple SMS to the customer mobile number.
If customer provides any suggestions or complaints, their feedback can be entered in to the app and the issue when resolved gets notified to the Store staff through the app
All important notifications and reward points earned by the staff are automatically updated into the app and the staff can check them at their convenience
