The app presents several features to maximize the users’ experience and ability to find the answers they are looking for.
CHATBOT: Through the chatbot, get the answers to your questions on COVID-19.
POLLS: Join the polls and share your thoughts on critical aspects of the COVID-19 response. Your opinion will help us find new solutions to tackle COVID-19.
RUMOURS: Use the rumour reporting tool to report rumors circulating around you. Our team of experts will fact check the rumor and update the app with new important information.
Healthbuddy+ is continuously updated based on users’ needs and new scientific research. If the chatbot does not have the answer to your question, UNICEF ECARO, and WHO/Europe experts will check it and update the app once more is known about the topic.
