Learn three approaches to leadership, access over 20 leadership tools and solutions to Kaizen Event issues, access your solutions, and learn from the case studies. This app will explain the three main approaches to leadership, provide access to over 20 leadership tools and solutions to Kaizen Event issues, allow access to previous solutions as well as suggested Sensei solutions, and will provide informative case studies to learn from. This app will assist current and future leaders (managers, supervisors, team leads, etc.) with the savvy know how on when and where to use a particular leadership tool or approach when dealing with people issues during the course of an improvement project. This will help ensure all employees to be better engaged before, during, and after the Kaizen Event
This app is designed to:
­ Convey the importance of effective leadership in a Kaizen Event
­ Provide an understanding of the three basic leadership styles
­ Provide insights on how to apply successful leadership approaches to responding to over 25 issues that can have a negative impact on a Kaizen Event
­ Create customized Leadership Report, output it as a PDF, retrieve previous settings as needed
­ Record, assign, and track Action Items
­ Create and conduct an assessment, output it as a pdf, along with guidance on how to improve assessment scores
­ Provide Sensei Tips and case studies as additional learnings
