This major update from Rel. 1.1.4 to Rel. 2 splits the TTS Engine and Kannada voice in separate Apps. This App contains the male voice database and assists the user to install Release 2 TTS Engine from Play Store. The Release 2 TTS Engine is used by all Hear2Read voice Apps. It is available at:

Kannada female voice that was part of the Rel 1.1.4 Kannada TTS is available as a separate Hear2Read App.
About Hear2Read Kannada Male voice Android App
This App is not needed for users who have updated Hear2Read Indic Text To Speech App to Release 3.1 or higher since it allows users to install voices within the App.
This voice App is for users of older Release 2.2.1 Hear2Read Indic Text To Speech (TTS) App.
