About Hello Cabs Android App
Hello Cabs connects the modern day cab customer to the modern day cab driver in African cities.
Customers are able to set up pick up location and drop off location on the app and process their request. The request is seamlessly fed to nearby drivers simultaneously and quickly accepted. A route from driver location to customer location to customer destination is created and the customer is able to keep track of their cab throughout this route.
Instant notifications are sent to the customer to alert them about which driver has accepted their request and what car (model, registration number) they are driving. Instant notifications are also sent to the customer to alert them when the driver has arrived at their pick up location and again when they've arrived at their destination.
Invoicing details appear on both customer phone and driver phone as soon as driver ends trip so that a fair and transparent transaction can be settled. There are no security risks relating to transactions as settlement is in cash and Hello Cabs does not collect customer personal details except contact number
