We know, being new to a city comes with several challenges and can be tough. "Hello Hamburg" offers practical assistance for a good start in Hamburg and ensures that you’ll soon call the city your new home. Find helpful information about Hamburg’s largest institutions and their offers. All information is provided as text and audio and is available in German, English, Arabic, Farsi and Russian (More languages to come!). The service is constantly being expanded with new partners and information.
Once you’ve downloaded chosen content, no further connection is needed. Most information is provided as text and audio. So you can choose whether you want to read or hear. Let’s make Hamburg home!
