About Help Me Android App
The concept behind this app is to provide the user a one-touch button to send message automatically for help in the event of an emergency. When the user presses the Help Me icon, a message including the user’s name, location, and an in-built distress message is sent to their all contacts. The user is able to customize the list of contacts for who receive these messages, using the phone’s Application Manager Settings of the application Help Me.
The user’s privacy is maintained as no data is stored on the developer’s side with regards to contacts information. This app is designed to be a widget for android phones meaning the icon for the Help Me app remains on the home screen.
