We've added some new features that brings headlines from the WSJ, Washington Post, and the NY Times - straight to your lock screen via their twitter accounts. We've also implemented a better system to make sure breaking news gets to you even faster!
Like many of you, we like keeping up with the latest news, but don't have time in our busy days.
So, we developed a really simple app called Herald.ly to bring the latest news directly to a place that we look at dozens of times per day - the lock screen.
On your lock screen, you can swipe the headline to the right to see more news. Swipe to the left to see the articles that have already appeared on your lockscreen. Drag the button left to read the article, right to unlock your phone, or drag the button up to share.
For now, the source of the article feed is Reddit’s News and World News subreddit threads. We’ll continue working to make the experience even better and bring the most important, latest news - directly to your lock screen.
Reach out and tell us what you think.
