A minimal icon mask that brings hexagons to your home screen.
Simple as that.
Contact me after you've purchased the pack and I will send a folder containing several wallpapers that fit perfectly with Hex :)
Tested on Nova, Apex, Holo and Action Launcher
*May support other launchers as well
