The main content is in workout menu. User can choose this menu then will show menu option in workout page. That menu which are:
Basic burpees
Plank Tap
Elbow Plank
Start Workout
To learn how to do each exercise in this app before conduct "HIIT workout action time". Please Click Menu 1. Basic Burpees, 2. Plank Tap, 3. Elbow Plank.
If user ready to workout then choose Start Workout.
This workout no rest between one exercise to another. Rest can conducted after finish the whole workout.
To record workout, simply choose the Training Log Book menu in main menu page. User fill out all field that shown in that page and can saved in the database.
To see the recorded data that has been fill out in the training log book page. User can see in main menu page in SAVE DATA option.
