Regarding Freelancers / Independent Workers — If you are seeking an Independent Worker for 4 hours or more, log into the app as a Business and follow the steps to post a shift/gig. These short term independent jobs start at $15 per hour (minimum). An additional $4.20 fee will be applied to the job post and1099Ks are automatically generated for workers through Stripe payment processing system. For Independent / Freelance work only, a hold is placed on your choice of payment method to ensure the worker will be paid at the end of the shift they work. HireRoad makes hiring simple and easy so businesses can keep moving forward.
