Given a pitch this app will show the fingerings + harmonics which are closest in tune with the actual pitch (equal temperment).
Features:
- Play drone of ideal pitch (equal temperment).
- Adjust tuning of horn model. For instance tuning the 3rd valve flatter can make some 2-3 combinations more in tune.
Extra information:
- C4 is middle c.
- 100 cents = 1 half step (equal temperment). This means 50 cents is a quarter tone.
- Fingerings are sorted from most sharp at the top to most flat at the bottom. Flat fingerings are more blue, sharp fingerings are more red.
