About How To Make Marsmallow  Android App

If you've never tried making marshmallows yourself, try it. It tastes so much better than the one you bought at the store, and the process of making it is also great fun. A homemade marshmallow package will also be a great gift, a delicious chocolate snack and a delicious roasted sweet potato coating.
material
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 3 sachet gelatin without taste [1]
• 2/3 cup corn syrup
• 2 cups of sugar
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 to 3 tablespoons of vanilla extract and other flavors (almond, peppermint, etc.)
• 1/3 cup corn flour (cornstarch)
• 1/3 cup of refined sugar (powdered sugar)
• Food coloring (to taste)
Step

1Collect all the materials and equipment you need before you start cooking. You will need it throughout the process of memasaka marshmallow.

2Prepare a mixture consisting of powdered sugar and corn flour or maize flour 1:1. Mix one cup or more of each in a bowl and place it near you.

3Prepare your pans. Marshmallow will be very sticky.
• Coat your pan with plastic wrap, oil paper or bread paper to make it easier to remove.
• Spray the pan with oil and flatten. Make sure all the parts are coated with oil well.
• Alternatively, you can use a silicon pan because it is not sticky.
• Sprinkle the surface of an oily pan with a mixture of corn flour and powdered sugar. Return the excess into the bowl and save.

4 Pour 3 sachets of gelatin into a bowl of electric mixer.

5 Add 1/2 cup cold water to the bowl with gelatin.

6 Allow gelatin and water for 10 minutes, while you prepare an appendage of sugar and corn syrup. Gelatin will expand during this time.

7Combine 2 cups of sugar, 1/4 cup water and 2/3 cup corn syrup into a small pan.

8Simmer the mixture in the pan.

9
Place the thermometer in the pan and wait for the temperature to reach exactly 117 ° C (in soft ball stage).

10
Pour the boiling sugar mixture into the gelatine mixture and start stirring at high speed. During stirring, add 1/4 teaspoon salt and stir for at least 15 minutes.

11
Add vanilla extract or other flavorings at the end of 15 minutes. Include food coloring if you like, at this stage.

12
Flatten the mixture over the pan you have prepared. It would be easier if you also coat your hand, spoon or spatula with oil before starting it.

13
Sprinkle more cornmeal on top of it, and if you want, coat it with a layer of plastic or oil paper again and press this mixture onto the pan.

14
Let marshmallow for four hours in room temperature.

15
Lift the marshmallow dough from the pan and place it on a cutting board that has been sprinkled with a mixture of cornmeal. Sprinkle corn flour again at the top as well.

16
Cut a marshmallow into a square shape with a kitchen clipper or pizza cutter. You can also use a cutter to cut marshmallows. Separate the parts so they do not stick back.

17
Sprinkle the cut section with powdered sugar to avoid sticking back to each side.

18
Marshmallow stack in container with oil sheet of paper in each layer. If you do not put oil paper in between, this marshmallow piece will stick together again.
• As long as the container you use has a flat side, you can reach the bottom of the container through the oil paper and cut out several layers of marshmallows all at once.
