This application gives the user the ability to send multipart-entity post requests. Requests may contain text (entered by the user or parsed from a file), captured media files (image / video / audio), files and folders from the device storage and location parameters (latitude, longitude, altitude, accuracy) of the device.
- A request can be created by specifying a name for it and once created it is always available at the Home Screen for editing / sending.
- The user is able to define a list of URLs and Headers for each request.
- The user is able to define the Content of each request using four (4) supported types of post parameters:
(1) Text: Text name / value pairs entered by the user or by parsing the content of a file selected from the device storage.
(2) Captures: Media files (photos / videos) captured with the device camera (which can be used from inside the application) and audio files captured with an application-embedded audio recorder.
(3) Files: Files and folders (sent as zips) that can be selected from the device storage.
(4) Location: Text name value / pairs containing the location parameters of the device (latitude, longitude, altitude, accuracy).
- The responses are saved and displayed on a list in the History Screen. Each response in the History Screen can be expanded to a sub-list containing information about the received response and the corresponding request. The re-execution of the corresponding request instance is also supported.
- The user is able to select the content of a response and:
(1) Save it to a file inside the device storage.
(2) Open it as a URL on the Map (e.g. a location to visit, a route to follow) or on the device Internet Browser (e.g. a website address).
(3) Share it using all the available device sharing applications.
- This application may be used by any user who wants to communicate with web servers via HTTP directly from his mobile device. The user is able to send content to the server (text / media / files / folders / location) via HTTP and receive and save / view / share the server's response on his device.
- There are available PHP scripts for using the application with Apache server. The scripts are available via email (contact the developer's email address).
