About HyDRA v3.0 Android App
The Hydrologic Data Resources Mobile Application (HyDRA) is a hybrid mobile-web data survey and analysis tool created to provide the water community with a means of water resources data collection, visualization, and dissemination in an enterprise environment. The application is database driven and contains a series of tools for searching, editing and creating features using ESRI components. Functionality in the HyDRA mobile application is organized by page and the user guide is presented in this way as well. In addition to the functionality sections, there are additional sections for application installation and editing features.
