d) Request Refresh Training
e) Tiket Complain (to Support, Finance, SCM, Sales)
f) Monitoring progress tiket yang di open oleh Customer
g) Download report berupa Pdf
Open tiket dari Customer ini akan langsung tertuju pada PIC Support (Staff & Supervisor) pada Customer dan di monitor hingga ke Manajemen PT Saba Indomedika.
