"I love you" means that I want you to be part of my life forever, that I will do my best to never hurt you and if someone hurts you I will defend you. "I love you" means that even though you leave my life in bad terms I will always be here. "I love you" means you have so much power over me, but I'm sure you'll never hurt me, because I trust you.

I feel that "I love you" are sacred, you just have to tell them a few times in your life, but they really mean something to you. You must distribute them among your friends, your family and your partner. Not anyone you know deserves a "I love you". They are two sacred words, you can love many people and distribute love everywhere, but your "I love you" save for those people who really give meaning to your life, and if you do not feel it, do not say it.

Because "I love you" is much more than saying it, you have to really feel it.
