i-Tekove contiene Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos resumida en un lenguaje fácil de entender. Está disponible en dos idiomas, español y Guaraní. Guaraní es el idioma hablado por más la mitad de la población Paraguaya. Permite que el usuario pueda describir las situaciones diarias, registrarlas y evaluarla en niveles del 0 al 4 que indican el rango que cumplimiento de esos derechos.
