International Apprentices of Malaysia (IAA’M) is an association in Malaysia that grooms and enhances young and golden apprentices through trainings, job placements/ attachments and entrepreneurship.

IAA’M is a collaboration of Malaysian Ministries, NGO’s, Other Associations and Malaysian People to build the nation with many skilled, semi skilled apprentices and SME entrepreneurs. These can be achieved through training and sharing of knowledge by the Golden Apprentices, which will help to build a better nation and spur Malaysian Economy.

IAA’M also collaborates with local and International apprentice programs to enhance and develop more cross exposure that can help the nation to enhance technologies and working system in place, which will be beneficial for the entire Malaysians.

Since IAA’M is also a profit steering organization, IAA’M will act as a trading platform and a marketing partner, which more skilled/ semi-skilled apprentices can leverage to produce and promote their products. This, at the same time will also develop more Malaysians to be SME entrepreneurs both in Malaysia and Globally.
