Tujuan Aplikasi ini dibangunkan adalah bagi memberi kemudahan kepada anggota-anggota koperasi di seluruh malaysia bagi mengikuti kursus yang ditawarkan oleh Pusat Latihan Kecemerlangan Koperasi (PULAKOP)

Berkenaan PULAKOP :-

Pusat Latihan Kecemerlangan Koperasi atau ringkasnya PULAKOP terletak di Kinarut, Papar, Sabah iaitu 25km dari Kota Kinabalu dengan keluasan sebesar 15 ekar. Ia mula dibina pada 14 Disember 1999 dan siap pada 22 Ogos 2003 dan mula beroperasi pada 1 September 2003. PULAKOP adalah dibawah Jabatan Pembangunan Koperasi (JPK). Pada ketika itu yang kini ditukar kepada Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia (SKM), sebuah agensi Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri, Koperasi Dan Kepenggunaan (KPDNKK).

Objektif

Objektif penubuhan PULAKOP ialah:


a. Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemahiran tenaga kerja SKM sesuai dengan dasar 'knowledge workers' kerajaan melalui latihan-latihan berterusan yang dianjurkan supaya mereka dapat menjalankan tugas dengan lebih cekap dan berkesan selaras dengan perlaksaan 'Dasar Koperasi Negara' dalam usaha membangunkan gerakan koperasi.

b. Mempertingkatkan kualiti pentadbiran dan pengurusan SKM melalui latihan.

c. Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemahiran anggota-anggota dan pekerja-pekerja koperasi melalui latihan-latihan berterusan yang dianjurkan khusus dalam bidang pengkoperasian dan lain-lain bidang berkaitan supaya prinsip dan falsafah koperasi dan tadbir urus yang baik diamalkan dalam gerakan koperasi selaras dengan pelaksanaan "Dasar Koperasi Negara”.

d. Meningkatkan penglibatan secara aktif anggota-anggota dalam pengurusan koperasi yang demokratik.

Fungsi

Fungsi PULAKOP ialah mengadakan, kursus, seminar dan bengkel khusus serta mengadakan aktiviti lawatan sambil belajar untuk pegawai dan kakitangan Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia (SKM) serta untuk anggota dan pekerja koperasi.

Misi

Untuk menjadikan PULAKOP sebagai Pusat Latihan yang terulung di negara ini bagi melatih pegawai-pegawai SKM, anggota-anggota koperasi dan lain-lain golongan yang terlibat dalam gerakan koperasi.
