iCabSydney is an authorised taxi network booking app. Bookings are allocated within the network regulations established by Transport for NSW. This means the vehicle that will collect you will be a compliant taxi, the driver will be an accredited taxi driver, and the journey is monitored by security camera and GPS technology for your safety and security.

Don't quite know where you are? Just use the “Book from Here” option and let iCabSydney take care of the rest. As your taxi approaches you'll be able to keep track of it and meet it on arrival.

Unlike some other taxi apps, iCabSydney uses a taxi network authorized by the NSW Department of Transport – so your driver is a licensed taxi driver and your security is not compromised.

What are your permissions used for?
iCabSydney uses three services provided by the android operating system.
These are:

Access to GPS and location for convenient booking and cab tracking.
Access to the Premier booking system over the internet.
Access to phone services in the case that a call to the Premier call centre needs to be made.
