The IDPS app is branded as College or School Name & would be direct Download from Google Play Store.  Restricted to use for outsider of College or School, only current active Students can register.  Web Portal is available for those who are comfortable with laptop & Desktop Browsing All logins can use the both Android & Web portal as their Convenience.
