IFS Support Companion makes it easy to track your open support cases in internet support center. You can view the cases either by category or by importance. You can also write to the case journal and in such case change the case focus.
IFS Support Companion can be used in Try Me mode with demo data without requiring a log on or network connection.
Use of IFS Support Companion connected to IFS’s Internet Support Center is free for IFS customers with a valid maintenance and support agreement.
