Sometimes you are not sure to click on the alarm button, because your family or friends will be worried and call the police immediately. If you just feel unsafe, you can click on the YELLOW button, to just inform your contacts that you don't feel safe and somebody should pick you up. And sometimes your family just want to know where you are and if all is well? Therefore iHelp offers the GREEN button to inform your contacts that all is well and your location .
