İhsan Gıda, 1980 yılında, kuruyemiş ve şekerleme imal etmek amacıyla Gaziantep'te faaliyetlerine başlamıştır. Bugün ikinci kuşak temsilcileri ile birlikte kuruyemiş sektöründe büyüyerek hizmet veren markalardan biri haline gelmiştir.
