This app logs screen usage so you can see the frequency and duration of phone or tablet use for:

* Children - Show a parent that your usage is reasonable
* Car, bus, train and taxi drivers - Show your employer for safety
* Employee - Show your employer that your usage level is acceptable
The app keeps a log of screen uses for several days. You can set the day and hour range for logging. Turning the screen on is counted as one use.
The log is only stored locally - so you have full control over access to the log. If you wish you can email the log.
