ilovetoret nasce a settembre 2012, dopo due lunghi anni di ideazione e progettazione, con l'intenzione di tutelare e valorizzare uno dei più belli (e utili) simboli di Torino: le fontane dell’acqua pubblica comunemente chiamate “toret”.

Con l'app di ilovetoret potrai esplorare gli oltre 800 Toret sul territorio e trovare quello più vicino quando avrai sete. Soprattutto potrai scegliere di adottarne qualcuno. Ad oggi più di 3000 persone a Torino hanno deciso di occuparsi di un Toret, alcuni hanno adottato quello sotto casa, altri quello che ha un valore simbolico per la città o per i propri ricordi.

Molti Toret hanno una foto, altri invece vi aspettano per avere una propria fotografia ufficiale. In realtà gli basterà anche un selfie!

Ma forse la cosa più sorprendente che abbiamo fatto è donare ad alcune di queste fontanelle la parola! Attivando il bluetooth ed avvicinandovi ai Toret con un iBeacon, essi vi racconteranno di Torino e della sua storia. Scoprirete numerose cose sorprendenti sulla città che fino ad ora erano passate inosservate ai vostri occhi.

With the app you can explore the more than 800 ilovetoret Toret the area and find one near you when you are thirsty. Especially you can choose to adopt someone. To date more than 3,000 people in Turin have decided to deal with a Toret, some have taken to the house, other than that it has a symbolic value for the city or for your memories.

Many Toret have a photo, while others are waiting to have their own official photograph. Actually just a selfie!

But perhaps the most amazing thing we've done is give some of these fountains the word! Activating the Bluetooth and you get closer to Toret with a iBeacon, they will tell you of Turin and its history. You'll discover many amazing things about the city that until now had gone unnoticed in your eyes.
