I’m Not OK is the first app which allows your phone to automatically get help when you’re not OK and can’t reach your phone.

How it works:

1. Configure the app by adding a phone number to be contacted in case of emergency and choosing the desired actions (calling and/or sending SMS including the location).

2. Set an interval for the alarms and activate them.

3. When the alarm rings, if you turn it off by tapping on the notification, then you’re OK and the next alarm is set, but if you don’t turn it off within 30 seconds, the app will automatically perform the configured actions.

Features:

• Setting alarm intervals
Choose the interval for the alarms between 5 and 90 minutes.

• Choosing a phone number
Enter a phone number in the settings to be contacted.

• Automatic calls
Choose to automatically call the number in case the alarm was not turned off.

• Automatic SMS
Choose to automatically send an SMS message to the number with any content you like in case the alarm was not turned off.

• Location in SMS
Choose to include your location which is determined automatically before sending the message.

Disclaimer:
This application will not function properly if the phone is not able to place calls and/or send SMS for any reason (including, but not limited to, not having cellular connectivity, having airplane mode on, or being turned off).
The location option will not function properly if the phone's location is disabled from the phone's settings.
