1. Mewujudkan tatanan kehidupan masyarkat yang lebih berdaulat dibidang : (Pendidikan Kesehatan, Pelayanan publik, Hukum, Politik, Budaya, Ketenagakerjaan)
2. Mewujudkan kemandirian ekonomi rakyat dengan memotivasi dan mengoptimalkan potensi-potensi ekonomi rakyat berbasis pada ketersediaan sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia yang ada, secara proporsional dan profesional.
3. Mewujudkan karakter rakyat yang berkepribadian sesuai dengan perkembangan nilai-nilai budaya dan agama, sehingga integritas pribadi terbentuk.
4. Mewujudkan tata kehidupan masyarakat yang lebih demokratis dan penuh toleransi pada keberagamaan yang ada.
5. Mewujudkan dan mendorong aplikasi dan realisasi program-program nasional untuk daerah, seperti : BLT, PNPM, BKM (badan keswadayaan masyarakat), P2KP, ROMPI (rumah olah mental pemuda indonesia), BOS, BOSDA (bantuan operasional sekolah daerah) da lain-lain.H. Imam Zuhdi: entrepreneur, author, motivator and trainer.
Panca H. Imam Zuhdi Program Vice Regent 2010-2015:
1. Realizing the order of community life more sovereign field (Health Education, Public Services, Law, Politics, Culture, Employment)
2. Realizing the economic independence of people with motivating and optimizing the economic potential of the people based on the availability of natural resources and human resources that exist, proportional and professional.
