When you log into IncisiveCRM, you see the dashboard. Tabs for other modulescan be viewed as follows:

*Activities
In this screen, a list of scheduled activities and meetings can be viewed along with the date and time they are scheduled on.
Any scheduled meeting can also be updated.
Any new meeting can also be added specifying the start and end dates.

*Sales
In this screen, list of all the available sales accounts,contacts & leads can be viewed providing the account name, and other details.
Any of these existing accounts can also be updated.

- We can also create a new sales account providing an account number and other details.
-A new sales Contact can also be created & updated.
-A new sales Lead can also be created &updated.

*Tasks
This screen enables us to view all all the available tasks scheduled on any date or time.
Any scheduled task can also be edited and updated accordingly.
A new task can be added specifying a start and end date accordingly.

*Marketing
This screen provides a list of available marketing accounts and their details.
Any available marketing account can be edited or updated also.
A new marketing account can be created by providing necessary details.


Hence this app is a complete Customer Relationship Management app that is designed to be easy to use and is totally user friendly!
