What is evidence, how it is dealt or how it is understood or appreciated is a very important issue in any country or society. Out Evidence Act provides the very definitions of what is evidence. The admissibility and relevancy of evidence are the most precious factors in dealing with evidence. The Indian Evidence Act, 1872 has three Parts and Eleven chapters.
