You can't change target in this app.
Push-Ups Target is 100
Dips Target is 150
Lunges Target is 200
Sit-ups Target is 200
Squats Target is 200
The reason behind fixed target system is this app adjust workout programme with the result of tests this means that if you can do only one push-up this app will make you to complete 100 push-ups in a row.
