About Intonation Repair Toolkit 2.0 Android App
The Intonation Repair Toolkit is an app to help musicians fine tune and refine their intonation when playing a string instrument such as violin, viola, cello, or upright bass. When a Major or minor scale is selected, the user will start the scale and play along with it, starting after the sixteenth notes have ended. Each note is a 4 beat whole note, but only the latter 2 beats of each note will be emitted by the device; however, the user will play full 4 beat whole notes. The objective of this is to allow the user to hear his or herself first for the first 2 beats, and then listen to the correct tone, which will allow the musician to adjust their finger placement and pitch, and with repetition of this exercise, build muscle and ear memory for proper intonation.
Allows adjustable tempo from 60 BPM to 192 BPM.
