IP2 行動分機應用軟體是安裝於Android或iPhone智慧型手機的App軟體，配合本公司的雲端交換機(IP Centrix)系統平台，安裝本APP之後，雲端交換系統即自動分配一個預設之分機號碼給智慧型手機，無論是3G網路或Wi-Fi的環境下，只要可以上網的地方就可以透過網路直撥分機號碼與位於辦公室內的固定分機，或同樣安裝Link應用軟體的公司同事進行通話，提供企業用戶一個無實際硬體的雲端電話總機，Link App同時又提供一個不會漏接任何來電的來電捕手功能，不管是PSTN外線來話或內線呼叫，行動分機因故無法上線時，雲端交換系統亦可透過大哥大系統轉接手機，不會錯失任何重要的電話。

Link行動分機應用軟體同時提供0800節費功能，利用此功能，Link行動分機會透過大哥大系統呼叫本公司所提供的0800進線，再傳送目的地電話號碼，雲端交換機(IP Centrix)系統收到之後會呼叫對方達到節費的目的。
