Description
As the SAF has decided to revamp the old five stations IPPT to a whole new and simpler Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) format, which will be accompanied by a new scoring system. Therefore to ease all active National Service personnels in calculating the new scoring system, we have created this simple and easy application (IPPT Simulator).
Basically this application has two main functions:
Calculator - To help personnels to key in their age, NSF or NSmen, Commando/Diver/Guardsmen and then key in your estimated number of push ups, situps and 2.4km timing to find out your results.
IPPT Simulator - To allow personnels/users to create your own profile and simulate the IPPT at Own Time, Own Target!!
Profile
- Fill in the informations and select 'Save'.
- Select 'History Results' to view past results.
- When you have created your profile, you may proceed to start the Trial Test.
Trial Test
- The test sequence will be Sit Ups, Pushups and lastly 2.4 km.
- For Sit Ups and Pushups, we have created a 60 sec timer.
- An audio to help you get in position before the timer kickoff.
- A 10sec countdown audio to let you give the last burst before the time is up.
- Key in the results. (Be honest! We are watching you!)
- For 2.4km, there will be an audio updates to help you pace your timing.
Calculate Your Score
- Fill in the informations to check your score.
