- You choose the length of your training program.
If you are preparing a competition, just specify the date. Otherwise, choose the duration (up to 16 weeks) and the goal you want to get;

- The application evaluates your abilities and determines your training loads;

- You can then choose your session among those that are proposed, depending on the work area and the desired duration of training;

- You just have to follow the instructions that appear on the screen;

- Finally, you still have the opportunity to refine your training session, depending on your sensations on the day.
