About iRain Android App
The irrigation navigation system iRain is a professional irrigation solution for your irrigation machines and pump systems. This high-efficient irrigation control unit displays the position of your irrigation machine in real time either in a map or in a list. Furthermore, an integrated messenger informs you about sudden malfunctions or unexpected incidents via SMS. Next to these functions, the system is also able to collect and send different types of data to your smartphone for example the number of irrigated areas, current water usage and rainfall, working hours and even more. A huge advantage of the iRain system is the ability that it can be mounted on any irrigation machine independent of a specific manufacturer or the year of construction.
The system consists of the following components:
• The iRain application for smartphones
• An internet portal for your computer
• A solar powered GPS-Receiver to be mounted on your irrigation machine
• An optional available probe for measuring the value of soil moisture
