When user has registered/login successfully has a option for generate or add a request for REQUIREMENT or ISSUE after that customer and service provider can manage this requirement . In the application, if the customer ISSUE or REQUIREMENT has been resolved, it will show on to the close request section and application has also the features to Re-open the Close Request
