About IT Portal Auth Android App
At times you must access the portal documentation from an insecure network and you would wish to not use your password. You can secure your password with the use of the Portal Auth App.
In the Portal, you enter your username and select “Two Factor Authentication”, then select “One Time Portal Auth Use” If this is the first time running the app. You will be asked for to setup Portal Auth. After setup, enter the one time password on your phone and the answer to your secret question. You can optionally set all future logins to require Portal Auth as well. Your fingerprint, face ID, or PIN can provide a third layer of security in this three-step verification process. After this secure process, you'll have access to your Portal.
