This application requires an iWitness subscription.

The iWitness app turns your phone into a personal safety device that provides extra security wherever you go… day or night. By recording video and audio of any incident directly to a secure cloud server, sounding an alarm, initiating 911 dialing, and alerting your friends and family exactly where you are and that you feel endangered, it literally helps stop crimes before they start.

With iWitness, you’re never alone, even when you’re by yourself.

How it works:

Anytime and anywhere you’d like some extra peace of mind, simply open iWitness and it starts recording video and audio of your surroundings directly to a secure cloud server.

If you encounter a person or situation that warrants calling 911, tap anywhere on your screen. iWitness will now:

• Initiate 911 dialing
• Sound an alarm
• Send a text/email to emergency contacts pre-chosen by you – informing them
that you feel threatened, providing your GPS location and a link to the video
iWitness has captured and asking them to call you immediately.

To protect your privacy, iWitness service is designed for use by a single user on one device at a time. Any attempt to login on more than one device will be blocked and you will be notified by an alert message that another login attempt has been made using your login credentials. If you choose to switch devices, please log out on the first device before attempting to log in on the second.

iWitness only works if you have a subscription. The price of a subscription is $2.99 monthly or $29.99 annually. Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, and will automatically renew unless you cancel your account at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Subscriptions and auto-renewal may be managed by going to the user’s account.
