紫荊青年商會一直秉承國際青年商會既定的宗旨，提供個人、社會、國際、商務的四大發展機會。

紫荊青年商會是國際青年商會香港總會屬下，第一個以中文為法定語文之全女性分會。本會由創會會長何淑賢太平紳士領導下於1979年9月創立的。會員年齡屆乎18歲至40歲之間。會員均利用公餘時間，進行各類義務工作以達到「服務社會，訓練自己」之目的。

紫荊青年商會即將踏入卅五載，過往的日子感謝各位與紫荊伴隨成長，積極發揮青商精神，默默地為社會獻出愛和力量。2014年，新一屆董事局會繼續秉承紫荊的傳統，打造光輝的第卅五年。Bauhinia Junior Chamber of Commerce has been adhering to the established purpose of Junior Chamber International, provides four opportunities for personal development, social, international, business.

Bauhinia Junior Chamber International Junior Chamber International Hong Kong is under the first all-female club in Chinese as the official language. This will be the founding president Ho Suk Yin under the leadership of JP in September 1979 founded. Members are aged between 18 to 40 years old. Members have spare time, for various volunteer work in order to achieve "social services, train yourself to" purpose.

Bauhinia Junior Chamber thirty-five going into overload, the past days thanks to grow along with the Bauhinia, active play JCI spirit, silently giving love and strength for the community. 2014, the new Board of Directors will continue to uphold the tradition of Bauhinia, to create brilliant Disa five years.
