*Viewing unanswered, unclosed or all support tickets
*Viewing basic details and replies of individual tickets
*Posting replies for everyone or for techs only
*Changing tickets status and other details
*Viewing attached images
*Using canned responses and more...
Some of the features of the new app:
* Almost the entire backend code has been rewritten to make the app faster with less bugs
* The app should be way faster and smoother than the old one, especially on older devices
* Push notifications for new tickets
* Jitbit Helpdesk hosted customers are now forced to use secure connections (https)
* External links should now be opened properly in the system browser
* Other bugs and performance fixes
