Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) Mobile Program provides mobile learning resources to U.S. government personnel and their coalition partners. This innovative application enables just-in-time learning, and enhances individual training readiness.

Access to JKO Mobile is currently limited to registered users. Government personnel can register for access by visiting the JKO Portal for details.
JKO is responsible for the development and distribution of web-based, individual joint training capabilities and services for the U.S. Department of Defense.
